The Bakuman Complete Box Set contains volumes 1–20, an Otter No. 11 mini-comic, and a double-sided poster. The mini-comic is recorded as bonus content, not as a twenty-first Bakuman story volume.
Avoid adding an extra twice
If you own Bakuman volumes 1–12, the box adds 13–20 and repeats twelve. That produces eight new story units. The mini-comic and poster may be independently interesting, but they do not change that eight-volume answer.
