Chainsaw Man Box Set 1 stops at volume 11, so volume 12 is the first numbered English manga volume after the set.
Start with Chainsaw Man volume 12 after finishing the English Chainsaw Man Box Set. VIZ states that the box contains volumes 1–11 and a double-sided poster; VIZ separately lists volume 12 as the next numbered paperback. The poster is an extra, not a twelfth story volume.

Do not wait for the calculator to name later books
The Chainsaw Man edition map is deliberately bounded to the verified box. Selecting it proves coverage through volume 11; it does not imply that the publication ends there or that later singles are included. VIZ’s current series catalog lists numbered books beyond 12, but this guide answers only the immediate continuation question.
That boundary also prevents a false overlap result. If you own the box and volume 12, the two records add twelve distinct numbered volumes: 11 + 1 = 12. If you own singles 1–8 and are considering the box, the box adds only 9–11, so its useful new coverage is three volumes and its overlap is eight.
Check the object, not just the title phrase
A shop bundle assembled from individual books is not automatically VIZ’s boxed edition. Compare the package title and ISBN, and confirm whether you are looking at the box or a single. Used copies may omit the poster even when all eleven books are present; that affects package completeness, not the next numbered reading volume.
